Recipe: Prawn and Chilli Omelette

Prawn and Chilli Omelette Recipe 


3 Eggs 
Salt & Pepper 
Cooking Oil 


  • Finely chop the chillies and chives.
  • Pre heat the frying pan with oil. 
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk, add any salt and pepper. 
  • Add the chillies, chives and prawns into the bowl with the eggs and mix.
  • Empty the mixture into the frying pan once heated.
  • Whilst cooking make sure you flip the omelette over to cook on both sides. 
 Once everything is cooked, all you need to do is to plate it up, add a dash of mayonnaise and sprinkle a couple chives on top. 

And there you have it, a simple but delicious meal!
